Lacey CrossFit is unlike any gym or workout experience you have ever tried in your life. It is a distinct style of functional fitness training, pulling from multiple schools of training philosophies taught by The Level One CrossFit Trainers. It is nothing like those boring old gym routines where you plateau because of doing the same repetitive routine. It is not like those workouts in your basement all alone or a P90X program in your living room when you can stop and start whenever you want to watch TV or go to the refrigerator. It is not one of those run of the mill speed and agility schools you may have tried in the past. At Lacey CrossFit, the main focus is functional fitness, which is what our ancestors have been doing for centuries: running, jumping, squatting, throwing, pushing, pulling, and climbing. Our students are of all ages and abilities, both men and woman, from beginners to the most elite athletes. I guarantee that the students working out in this new wave and new style of fitness will become one step closer to becoming modern day gladiators after every workout. Students will develop strength both physically & mentally, they will develop relationships with both the other students and our experienced and certified trainers, and most of all have fun. Whether you just want to lose some extra weight and inches or you want to get your child off the couch and away from the TV and video games, Lacey CrossFit will suit any individual that comes through the door. There are no machines, all free-weights.  At the 3600 sq. ft. facility you will use kettlebells, lift barbells, dumbbells, squat, do pull-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups, use the rings, flip tractor tires, perform Olympic lifts, use sledgehammers, medicine balls and resistance bands. All real life functional movements, which will make you strong for the things you do every day whether it be for sport, work, or just to have fun. Lacey CrossFit will make you strong and keep you strong Anytime, Anywhere, Anything - Bar Nothing.
